Attendance Policy

Attendance is key for progress in therapy. We want to see you and your child consistently to help you meet your family's goal for therapy.

In order to hold your weekly therapy spot, you must maintain a 75% attendance rate over a 30 day period. For example, if your child is scheduled 1x/wk then they can only miss 1 time in 30 days. If your child is scheduled 2x/wk then they can only miss 2 times in 30 days.

If your attendance doesn't comply in a 30 day period you will be mailed a copy of the policy to remind you. If you do not comply in 2 consecutive 30 day periods you will be discharged from services.

A "No Show" (for a scheduled appointment) will result in a $35 fee payable before your next scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will result in a $35 fee payable before your next scheduled appointment.

Children's SPOT 4 Therapy recognizes that there are exceptions (i.e. medical emergencies and vacations) to the policy. Continuation of therapy will be at the discretion of Children's SPOT 4 Therapy.

For every 10 consecutive therapy sessions your child attends they will earn a gift card, and your family will also be entered in to a quarterly drawing for a 3 hour free childcare session offered at the clinic.
